Contributed as Project Manager in the finishing phase of Suasana by AYA Bali, overseeing quality control and coordination across multiple project areas. Responsibilities included façade inspections, swimming pool and service area evaluations, as well as MEP coordination and verification to ensure all installations were aligned with the approved drawings and project standards. In addition, the collaboration extended to supporting the development of two additional spaces in Uluwatu, helping maintain consistency in execution, functionality, and overall project delivery.
Developed in collaboration with AYA Bali, the project reflects a refined tropical lifestyle concept that combines modern aesthetics, functionality, and attention to detail throughout the finishing process.
Provided comprehensive Project Management services during the finishing stage of the development, including façade inspections, pool and service area evaluations, as well as MEP coordination and drawing compliance verification to ensure quality and precision across all project elements.
