In this project we involve as Project Planner Control for PT. Prosys Bangun Persada. Mainly involve in scheduling, project control, site coordination update, tracking progress to achieve the finish line as planned. Transpark Bintaro is the 2nd project from Trans Corp group to make a snow park inside the mall. We are managed to deliver not only the Mall but the 3 apartments as well.
Led by PT. Arkonin, a distinguished architecture firm recognized for its innovation and large-scale urban projects.
Provided Project Planning and Control expertise to oversee coordination, scheduling, and cost efficiency across development stages, ensuring project goals were achieved seamlessly.
Developed for Trans Corp, a leading Indonesian conglomerate with a strong presence in property and lifestyle development sectors.
